At Woodfrys Farm, we believe in sustainability and have made it our goal to provide a camping experience that has minimal impact on the environment. Our high quality compost toilets are dotted all around the site so you never have too far to walk. We keep them clean and tidy with regular checks
There's two showers up on the Ridge. All have a large changing area, piping hot water and great water pressure.

There's two washing up stations, both with a guaranteed view. All are supplied with hot water. Just bring a sponge & tea-towel!

Enjoy a selection of Faith-in-Nature hair products and shower gels, as well as washing-up liquid, hand soap & sanitiser for you to enjoy
Each pitch is supplied with a picnic table so you can sit and eat in comfort (feel free to bring your own umbrella!)
Phone charging, with token operated lockers and a communal freezer for your freezer blocks can be found up by the shop.
You'll also get a fire pit if you want one, with logs available to buy when you book, or from the shop when you are here. They don't come with grills so bring a BBQ if a cook-up is planned.

We've nine different recycling streams on the farm including all the usual suspects and a few more you might not expect!

We'll make it as easy as possible for your to deal with your rubbish and even get the kids involved too so everyone can do their bit.
Composting
Everything is composted here!
Pick up a compost caddy for your food waste. The ash from your fire is potash for the orchard. Thanks to the composting toilets we have more than enough compost to ensure the hedges, trees and mini-beasts are thriving. That's why you''ll see & hear so many birds when you are here.
Water Saving
Our showers get rave reviews - and are a real power shower experience, but they are water saving too - using a clever showerhead we give you a power-shower experience whilst using just 5 litres a minute.
Water is heated on demand so no energy goes to waste.

Kind
We supply environmentally friendly products for you to use during your stay including washing up liquid, hand soap, two types of shampoo, conditioner and shower gels.

We use Faith-In-Nature, and Bio-D who are both B-Corp listed companies and who takes steps to live lightly.
