Things to see and do
Shaftesbury is a 10 minute drive away, with a lovely high street, full of independent shops, a supermarket, museums, stunning views like Gold Hill and scenic walks.
Walk from the farm to Melbury Beacon and Fontmell Down looked after by the National Trust. Stop in at the airfield café to watch some planes and grab a bite to eat and if you still have time pop into Win Green.
