Woodfrys Farm – Corona Virus

We are now taking bookings from Saturday 29th May.

Please read and fully understand the importance of the following protective measures against Coronavirus that will need to be observed for the campsite to stay open this season.

We will be closely following the relevant government guidance and are taking bookings in line with the policy current as of 28 February 2021, which states that Phase 3 - remaining accommodation can reopen. The predicted date for phase 3 to begin is no earlier than 17 May (and could be changed subject to government guidance.)

Pitches: We have reduced the number of pitches available on site

Payment: Payment in advance by website / bank transfer is preferred. Cash will be accepted. In the event of a local lockdown requiring cancellation of bookings, please see here for the flexible rebooking policy.

Retention of booking information: To confirm your booking you will be asked to complete a short form to record contact information and information regarding your group. This information will be used for NHS Track & Trace services, should we receive notification of a Corona Virus infection affecting anyone on site. This information will be held securely as per our GDPR policy found in the privacy policy section of our website. In the event that anyone from your group contracts the virus, they must pass our details to the NHS Test and Trace service.

Wash-up Area – Only one group in the area at any one time. No unaccompanied children. The facilities will be cleaned thoroughly twice per day, but not sanitized between users.. Hand sanitizer and handwashing soap is available (no hot water.) Anti-bacterial wipes will be provided should you want to clean down touch-points like taps and door handles.

Toilets and showers

No unaccompanied children. The facilities will be cleaned thoroughly twice per day, but not sanitized between users. Hand sanitizer and handwashing soap is available. Anti-viral wipes will be provided should you want to clean down touch-points like seats, taps and door handles.

Because so much of a campsite is a shared location, it is in your interest to sanitize anything to your satisfaction BEFORE you touch it and to wash/sanitize your hands afterwards.

This information is subject to change and more guidance will be given on arrival
